John Paul Guidry received a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in 2005. He continued his education at the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences and graduated with high honors in 2008 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He was also certified in 2009 by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a member of the APTA, including its Sports and Orthopedic sections. John Paul enjoys working out and is an avid golfer. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certified medical professional.
He has an extensive background in manual and orthopedic physical therapy . He is dedicated to constantly furthering his clinical skills and knowledge by learning new techniques and treatment ideas taught by the leaders in the industry. John Paul also works to stay up-to-date with the latest research in order to provide the highest level of care possible for his patients. He has training in numerous manual therapy techniques, pain science education, and the most up to date science and evidence based evaluation and treatment techniques. He can help you to feel more in control and have a greater understanding of the importance of your role in the elimination of your pain through movement and education. John Paul is an expert in treating movement dysfunction and prides himself on performing a thorough subjective and objective examination in addition to providing a personalized treatment plan for each patients specific conditions, complaints, and goals. He is passionately driven to restore each patient back to their optimal functional ability and educate them with the tools to maintain themselves at this functional level.
John W. Ware, PT, FAAOMPT
John graduated from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 1994 with an MS in Physical Therapy. He completed a full time Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy residency in Gulfport, MS in 1998 and became a full Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2004. John has practiced primarily in outpatient physical therapy settings for over 20 years in seven different states from coast to coast.
John settled on the Northshore of southeast Louisiana in 2011 with his wife, Kristen, also a PT, and his two children, Conner and Grace, who attend Fontainebleau high school where they are active in sports. When John is not at a baseball, football or volleyball match, he's finishing up work on his Doctor of Health Sciences degreee at the University of Indianapolis.
Tina Dubreuil - Office Manager
Ms. Dubreuil moved to St. Tammany Parish in 2007 with her husband. She brings to the practice 15 years of experience in the medical field with 10 years in healthcare management. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. She has great interpersonal skills and is adored by patients and staff alike. She is willing to go above and beyond to make sure all of our patients are happy and satisfied.
Allen Julian - PT, DPT
Allen is a New Orleans native and began his career in healthcare as a nursing assistant in a nursing home in 1997. Since that time, he has graduated with a BA in Anthropology from the University of New Orleans in 2001, and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He has worked mainly in out-patient settings working with orthopedic, neurological and vestibular conditions. When not treating patients, he enjoys hiking, camping, canoeing, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys traveling and has traveled extensively in the US, and throughout several foreign countries. He enjoys learning and furthering his knowledge in order to provide the most up to date, evidence based service to his patients.
